Personality: Pan is perpetually happy and optimistic. That being said, he's also very mischievous and naughty. He finds rules and the like oppressive, and often resorts to attending street brawls to let out anxiety. When he's not 'playing', he's surrounding himself with other people, as he thrives on the company of others. Around friends or family, he's jovial and funny with a contagious smile. Around the laaaaadiiiieeeesss he's all charm and politeness, if not a bit uncouth and ignorant. He tries though, it's just occasionally that he doesn't realize he's done something wrong. Little flubs like that usually get him a reputation for being 'cute' which makes him smirk before heading off to punch someone out in an effort to redeem himself.

History: (oh my ffffff can I even do it like this? I'll change it if I need to ;; ) Before much of Unova was colonized, it was inhabited by tribes or natives. One of these families residing around the White Woods had a chief, and this chief had a son. The son was a wee bit too greedy, and a wee bit too stubborn and pompous. And so, when he heard rumor of a wish-granting fairy he set out to find it. It didn't take lot to find, as back then Celebi was not nearly as reclusive. When he came across the tiny time-traveller and started making demands of it, the legend was reasonably displeased and refused. Not used to being denied, the boy protested and continued to harass Celebi to the point where, out of frustration, it turned him into a tiny deerling. The story got back to the tribe, who passed it down through the ages. As time went on, the world became more modern, and the legend was reduced to a fairy tale.

Pan wasn't always a pokemon. Obviously~
To this day he has remained in similarly wooded areas, though he travels the world as best he can through the over of the trees. He has only ventured out into the world a handful of times, including now. It was about time he went back out into the world.
